Refund Policy

We remind you before we charge

  • • We send a reminder email 7 days before each recurring payment.
  • • This gives you plenty of time to cancel if you no longer need the service.
  • • You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No hoops, no hidden buttons.

3-day refund window

  • • If you forgot to cancel and a recurring payment goes through, you can request a full refund within 3 days of the charge.
  • • This applies to both monthly and yearly renewals.
  • • To request a refund, within 3 days of the charge. We'll process it promptly.
  • • After the 3-day window, refunds are not available for the current billing period. Your service will continue until the end of the period.

14-day free trial

  • • ChurnWard comes with a 14-day free trial with full access to every feature.
  • • 14 days is long enough to connect your processor, run recovery flows, and see real results. You'll know whether ChurnWard is right for you before you pay anything.
  • • If you cancel during the trial, you won't be charged.

Cancellation

  • • Cancel at any time from your account settings. No cancellation fee.
  • • After cancellation, your service continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • • Your data is preserved for 30 days after your billing period ends, in case you change your mind.

In short

We remind you 7 days before charging. If a renewal catches you off guard, you've got 3 days to get a full refund. The 14-day trial gives you plenty of time to decide. And you can cancel whenever you want with no fees.
